Our fresh Alaskan Halibut is caught in the cold, clean waters of Bristol Bay and Southeast Alaska. The fish is longline harvested, handled individually while still alive, and quickly processed and iced to guarantee consistent freshness. Most of our Halibut is flown down to us in Seattle daily so we can hand-fillet it and send it back out for shipment to you the same day. Alaskan Halibut Fillet has a mild, sweet, and delicate flavor; the texture is firm yet tender, dense, and flaky.
