Sockeye salmon are the premier salmon species, well-known for its brilliant red color, and rival the popularity of King salmon among connoisseurs. Its habitat spans from Northern Japan and across the Bering Sea to Alaska and down the West Coast to Southern Oregon. Our Wild Sockeye Salmon Fillet is directly purchased from coastal fishing ports around the Pacific Northwest and is also flown to us directly from Alaska. Most of our Sockeye come out of the Bristol Bay which is the home of the world’s largest wild sockeye run.
